The pitch

Marit is already fighting for doctors, and the job search is where that fight gets won. Built for the ones who work with AI, keep their own notes, and expect a product that feels like 2026. That’s a mobile first job board the competition can’t touch.

For the win

You’ve already got the one thing no job board has, which is what doctors actually make.
35,000 and countingnobody else has it$280k + this job = +130,000, 3rd to 7thsalaries and jobs play nice
I built the version where that number rides along into the job search, so every posting is a decision instead of a listing.
three numbers, one line3rd to 7th of 10asked on the jobgiven once, every card
It’s built for the way doctors already work: they copy things into AI, they keep their own pros and cons, they’re sick of applying to forty jobs and hearing nothing.
one tap to any AImarks, not notesapply and silence is deadthe board remembers
Put it in front of fifty of them and tune it, and the job search stops being the thing they tolerate and starts being the reason they came.

What does it look like when the jobs and the salaries work together? I built it, so you can experience it instead of imagining it.

Check these out

Every job knows their number. Not the employer’s range, theirs, with the arithmetic done.
+130,000 moreup from 3rd to 7thno maths in their head
They give the salary because it pays them back. Asked on the job, at the moment it buys them an answer, not at the door.
their idea, not our formdouble the share who shareone box to stay anonymousevery card is another chance
They mark the jobs up like a chart. One opinion on one job lands on every job that says the same thing.

The search ends. Every job above the line beats the one they have, and the rest is one tap away. Nothing is hidden.

Sixteen percent of onboarding is answered before they ever see the form, and none of it is asked twice.
nine fields alreadykept on a random idfewer quit at the form
One tap hands the job and the doctor to any AI, which is how they already work.

What’s inside a ten minute walk of the building. The one thing Marit doesn’t own yet, and the reason to go ask employers for it.
real, geocodedcoffee, lunch, a parkevery blank is a sales call
Show what’s there and what isn’t. A doctor says what matters, and every job either answers it on the card or tells them up front that it doesn’t, so nobody reads a posting twice hunting for something that was never in it.
their six, first on every card“we couldn’t find it in this posting”no sign-on mentionedsilence is information
The honest limit. Marking will never produce a full comp record. That still gets asked once, later, when it pays them back.

The business, in one line

More salaries make better cards, better cards get opened, opened jobs get interest, and interest is what employers pay for. One motion feeds the data and the revenue at the same time.

The hard questions

“You’re hiding our supply.”
Nothing is hidden. It’s ranked, and the rest is one tap under the last job.
“What if the ranking is wrong?”
Then the doctor overrules it, which is why the step down is a button and not a setting.
“Where does all that data come from?”
It’s already there. You parse the postings today, you just drop what the employer left out. I name it instead, and the doctor fills in the rest while they read.
“How long did this take?”
Weeks, and most of that was iterating. Every part of it got built, used, and rebuilt until it held up. All of it in Claude Code, in the terminal.
